Submission Rules

The Living Worlds program is open to anyone who wishes to apply and submit a proposal. If you choose to submit an application, please be aware of the following:

  • You need not be associated with a particular business or educational institution to participate.
  • Any information submitted by you for enrollment and registration in the Living Worlds program will only be used to administer the Living Worlds program and will not be shared outside The Walt Disney Family of Companies
  • You will own any concept idea you submit however you grant Walt Disney Imagineering Research & Development and any of its affiliates the right to use anything you submit during the program.
  • Please consider anything you submit to be public and non-confidential as it will be shared with others.
  • If we like your proposal, we would like to work with you on it! It is the primary goal of this program to find talented artists and designers to work with and to continue to grow and support the transmedia community so we want to find you!
  • We may already have ideas similar to yours in the pipeline that are being developed or planned, so we can’t be held accountable for any overlap with your idea. You will continue to own your idea, of course.
